On November 29, Ruslan uulu Nurbolot, delegate of the Professional Leadership Certification (PLC) program at Oxford 2025, held an educational session for young leaders on 'Self-development as a Path to Leadership and Success' and 'Leadership for a Peaceful Future'.
The event was attended by 20 people interested in developing their leadership skills and ready for change. The session started with a theoretical part where Ruslan uulu Nurbolot spoke about how self-development is the key to success and shared knowledge about Global Peace Network (GPC) programs that help young people to be part of global change.
The practical part included active exercises: participants made public appearances to demonstrate their leadership skills, and worked in teams to solve cases and practice effective communication skills. These exercises allowed them not only to prove themselves, but also to realize the importance of working in a team to achieve common goals.
Ruslan uulu Nurbolot emphasized the importance of such meetings:
“I believe that leadership starts small - with self-confidence and willingness to act. My goal is to inspire young people to develop their skills and show that each of us can contribute to creating a peaceful future.”
The session was a meaningful experience for the participants, inspiring them to develop themselves and further apply what they have learned in their communities. As a PLC Oxford 2025 delegate, Ruslan uulu Nurbolot continues to share his experience, training future leaders to build sustainable and peaceful societies.
